● Induction heating system including capacitor, water way, gas line etc.

● Closed cooling machine used for cooling inverter and induction heating coils.

● Copper bar connection from inverter to the induction furnace.

● Incline roller table system: The workpiece will move forward and rotate by itself for uniform heating and cooling.

●Infrared thermometer (equipped with the import infrared thermometer to display the temperature of the workpiece during metal heat treatment process).

● Water spraying system: Special water sprying ring will spray uniform water pressure and flow on the workpiece.

● Central control console (including variable frequency speed control and temperature control, China research industrial control machine, remote start and so on). The function is realize the control from automatic loading, feeding, heating, cooling, discharging and receiving. Only one worker can operate.
