By using a high-efficiency spray cooling system, the surface of the steel rod is rapidly cooled to form a hardened layer, while avoiding deformation or cracking caused by thermal stress. The cooling intensity can be adjusted according to the process requirements.
After quenching, the steel rod is reheated at an appropriate temperature to release internal stress, improve toughness, and ensure long-term stability of the steel rod under high load conditions.
