Details for steel sheet induction heating system
1. The copper tube adopts No-Oxygen copper winding with copper tube thickness is more than 2.0mm. The refractory cement has high strength, high temperature resistance and longer service life. The inductor ends has complete copper to cover to avoid magnetic leakage.
2. Heating process:The steel sheet will be sent to induction heater for heating continuously through frequency control conveying device. The infrared temperature measuring device feedback the temperature signal to the PLC system, and the system will adjust the power output and the conveying speed at the same time to ensure the temperature to be at 450-500℃（±10℃）.

Siemens PLC and 10-inch color touch screen;there is United States Raytek infrared thermometer in the inlet and outlet of the furnace,which achieves closed-loop control and production control.
Features & functions of mechanical part
1. Adopt roller conveyor for feeding steel sheet, the sheet will be sent at uniform speed.There is sensor in the transportation line to make sure the sheet can be through the roller.
2. The frame of the transmission mechanism has enough strength and rigidity. In order to make installment easier, the bottom of the frame can be equipped with adjustable foundation, so that the whole equipment is more beautiful.
3. According to the machinery industry safety standardization requirements, all mechanical rotating parts which is exposed are equipped with reliable protective covers, the production line should comply with the national environmental protection standards.
