The long billet induction heating furnace is a device that uses high-frequency electromagnetic induction heating. Its main working principle is to use induction coils to generate high-frequency electromagnetic fields, and then guide this electromagnetic field to the steel billets to be heated, forming eddy currents and generating heat inside the steel billets, thereby raising the steel billets to the set temperature. The operation steps are as follows:
1. Place the long steel billet to be heated on the equipment and start the preheating furnace.
2. Adjust the current and working frequency of the induction coil in the equipment to achieve the best heating effect of the electromagnetic field.
3. Vortex is generated inside the steel billet, causing uniform heating on the surface and inside of the billet.
As the heating progresses, the temperature of the steel billet gradually increases until it reaches the set heating temperature.
5. After the heating is completed, turn off the power and water cooling equipment, take out the heated steel billet, and send it to the next process.
