Operating conditions of steel billet reheating furnace and parts provided by users:
1. Provide high-voltage power to the primary side of the transformer.
2. Altitude: ≤ 2000m; Relative humidity: ≤ 90%
3. The secondary heating equipment of steel billet must be grounded: it is recommended to use galvanized pipe to drive into the ground and reliably connect with the equipment. The connecting wire should be more than 10 flat copper wires. The power supply, furnace body and operating platform are separately provided with ground wires.
4. Cooling of billet secondary heating equipment (according to the user’s site, there are special technicians for on-site guidance)
5. User transformer oil.
