IGBT medium frequency induction heating power supply . It is an integrated intelligent production line integrating automatic conveying, precise heating, rapid quenching and intelligent temperature control. During operation, intermediate frequency current passes through the induction coil to generate an alternating magnetic field. When steel plates pass through the magnetic field at a constant speed, high-density eddy currents are instantly generated inside the metal. Based on the metal resistance effect, electric energy is efficiently converted into thermal energy to realize rapid and uniform heating.

Different from conventional heat treatment equipment, this production line adopts zoned temperature control technology and operates through three core procedures: preheating, constant-temperature heating and tempering cooling. The preheating stage heats up slowly to eliminate internal stress and avoid workpiece deformation. The constant-temperature stage accurately controls heating temperature and depth with a temperature error within ±5℃, ensuring uniform heating of the entire steel plate. In the final stage, uniform spray cooling completes quenching and tempering, optimizes the metallographic structure of steel materials, and significantly improves the surface hardness and fatigue resistance of workpieces. Safe and stable operation is the foundation of long-term service of the steel plate induction heat treatment furnace . Before startup, operators must comprehensively inspect circuit lines, induction coils, cooling systems and conveying structures to eliminate potential hazards such as aging circuits, blocked water pipes and loose parts. Meanwhile, the working area shall be cleaned up, flammable and explosive materials shall be removed, and sufficient safe operating space shall be reserved.

During equipment operation, specially certified operators must be on duty throughout the process. Leaving the post without permission or arbitrarily modifying operating parameters is forbidden. Once abnormal noise, overheating, water leakage or electric leakage occurs, operators shall cut off the power and shut down the equipment immediately. Troubleshooting with live power or running faulty equipment is strictly forbidden to prevent safety accidents.
After operation, the heating system, conveying system and cooling system shall be turned off in sequence. After the equipment is fully cooled down, operators shall clean up table sundries, complete dust removal and component maintenance, and record operating data completely.
