Working process of plate Induction heating equipment:

Manually lift the blank sheet metal (about 6 meters/piece) to the flipping mechanism using a balance crane and lifting equipment. The flipping mechanism flips the blank sheet metal (flat upwards) and sends it to the feeding roller of the heating furnace, ensuring that the blank sheet metal is heated inside the heating furnace under the drive of the feeding conveyor roller. After heating to 850 ℃+10 ℃, it is discharged from the furnace. An infrared temperature detector is installed at the outlet of the heating furnace to detect the temperature of the heated and discharged blank metal. A temperature display screen is set up at the outlet of the heating furnace. After passing the inspection, the blank metal is transported along the heating plate conveyor line to the designated position. Unqualified blanks are manually lifted and processed.

After the billet is fired, there is a set of roller conveyors with a length of not less than one material, which automatically eliminate the abnormal temperature of the billet (with an automatic elimination device). During normal production, this position is equipped with insulation, and the insulation box automatically opens and closes.

This induction heating complete set of plate induction heating quipment adopts Siemens S7-300 PLC as the control center to achieve fully automatic control, especially our closed-loop temperature control system. Through three different parts, temperature feedback signals are used and processed by PLC and industrial computer to automatically adjust the power of the intermediate frequency power supply and the electric furnace to meet high-precision heating requirements. Raytheon infrared temperature control system in the United States provides real-time temperature display and uniform heating. 

Full line chain: The plate induction heating equipment is equipped with fault diagnosis, fault display, and sound and light alarm devices. If any part has a problem, all actions will stop and heating will stop. When different processes are produced, the control program can be easily switched and clearly marked. The input and output point voltages of the PLC are both powered by DC24V, and all sensors and solenoid valves are powered by DC24V; PLC has a fault diagnosis program that can diagnose faults that occur during equipment operation and send fault information to the fault alarm light for display. All signals from the circuit breakers, AC contactors, thermal relays of the motors, as well as the operation status detection signals of the mechanical devices driven by the motors, are entered into the PLC system.
