Forever Furnace has manufactured more than one hundred sets of steel ball forging heating furnace with power from 100KW to 8000KW,frequency from 500Hz to 8000Hz and the heating diameter from Ø16-Ø150mm. But the length of steel bar is not limited.Forever Furnace steel ball forging heating furnace has equipped with PLC closed-loop automatic control and achieved unmanned operation for automatic feeding and heating process.
Common frequency for steel ball forging heating furnace
1.High frequency heating:100-500KHZ. Usually,200-300KHZ is high frequency of electronic tube type.The hardening layer is 0.5-2.5mm suitable for medium and small spare parts.
2.Medium frequency heating:500-10000HZ.Usually 2500-8000HZ is for mechanical medium frequency heating device or SCR medium frequency generator.The hardening layer is 10mm suitable for large diameter of shaft and large gears.
3.Power frequency heating:the current frequency is 50HZ.With mechanical power frequency heating equipment,the hardening layer is 10-20mm suitable for surface hardening of large diameter work piece.
