3. Conveyor roller conveyor: The axis of the roller conveyor forms an angle of 18-21 with the axis of the workpiece. The workpiece rotates while moving forward at a constant speed, making heating more uniform. The roller conveyor between the furnace bodies is made of 304 non-magnetic stainless steel and water-cooled.

4. Roller grouping: The feeding group, sensor group, and discharge group are independently controlled, which is beneficial for continuous heating without creating gaps between workpieces.

5. Temperature closed-loop control: Both quenching and tempering use the American Raytheon infrared thermometer closed-loop control system for precise temperature control.

6. Industrial control computer system: Real time display of the current working parameter status, workpiece parameter memory, storage, printing, fault display, alarm and other functions.

Characteristics of steel bar quenching and tempering heat treatment equipment:

The sensor design is based on different parameter workpieces, with different sensor groups designed. The wideband design is designed to achieve high heating efficiency for workpieces with a wide range of sizes. The number of tempering sensors in each group is increased and an insulation bucket is added to obtain a good tempering structure and ensure that the workpiece performance meets the requirements. The roller conveyor in front of the furnace and between the furnace bodies is made of 304 non-magnetic stainless steel, tilted and cooled by water, greatly extending the service life of the roller conveyor. The roller conveyor designed by Forever New adopts ceramic rollers, which have the advantages of no wear and anti combustion during the operation of the workpiece. The spray system adopts multi-stage stainless steel spray rings, and the pressure and flow rate of the spray rings are independently adjusted to meet the requirements of different hardenability. Tempered steel bars do not need to be straightened, without bending or deformation, because our quenching and tempering temperatures are uniform and cooling is uniform. The depth of the hardened layer is related to the material of the workpiece, for example, S45C material has a hardened layer of 13.5mm; 42CrMo material has a hardened layer of 20mm. After quenching and tempering with steel bars, the surface hardness difference of the workpiece is very small, and the equipment has low power consumption.
