As a type of medium-frequency induction heat treatment equipment, piston rod induction quenching and tempering equipment is primarily used for heat treatment of piston rods - the executive components in hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders. Key features of piston rod induction heat treatment equipment:
(1) Continuous online heating, quenching, and tempering with high automation; only 2 operators are required.
(2) Electromagnetic induction heating with spray cooling, achieving 2-3 times higher efficiency than resistance furnaces. Power consumption after normalizing treatment is ≤500 kWh per ton, significantly lower than resistance heating.
(3) Finer metallographic structure after quenching, with 10-15% higher mechanical strength compared to resistance furnace treatment, ensuring excellent product consistency.
(4) Fully equipped with computer control system for continuous monitoring of power parameters, mechanical parameters, medium-frequency induction heating furnace parameters, and fault alarms, with automatic parameter recording.
