In terms of core structural optimization, the equipment rebuilds the transverse flux induction coil through finite element magnetic field simulation. Adopting high-conductivity oxygen-free copper layered winding and professional magnetic shielding structure, it thoroughly solves the temperature difference problem between the middle and edge of steel plates. The temperature deviation in the plate thickness direction is controlled within ±20°C, completely avoiding defective problems such as internal and external temperature imbalance, plate cracking and deformation after heating, and greatly improving the yield of finished steel products.
