Introduction

Forever Electromechanical recently completed the packaging and export crating work for a set of continuous heating and preheating of square billets

, which will be shipped to an overseas metal processing customer. The whole set of induction heating equipment has passed pre-delivery inspection, and adopted professional export protective packaging to guarantee safe transportation over long distances. This project marks another successful delivery of our induction heating solution to global metal forming industry.

Project Background

The overseas customer is engaged in hot forging of metal parts. The original gas-fired heating furnace had obvious defects including high energy consumption, serious oxidation of billets and unstable heating temperature. After comparing multiple suppliers, the client selected Forever Electromechanical’s steel billet induction preheating machine. This equipment is used for uniform preheating of round and square steel billets before hot forging, helping the factory cut energy cost and improve finished product yield.

Equipment Core Advantages

The steel billet induction preheating machine adopts IGBT medium frequency induction heating technology. Heat is generated inside the steel billet through eddy current effect, achieving fast heating without preheating waiting. Segmented temperature control and infrared closed-loop detection system ensure the temperature tolerance within ±3℃, so the surface and core of steel billet are heated evenly. Compared with traditional flame furnaces, it greatly reduces oxide scale and metal loss. The equipment supports automatic feeding and discharging, easy to connect with the forging production line, featuring low noise and zero exhaust emission, meeting global low-carbon manufacturing requirements.

Strict Export Crating & Protection Process

To cope with long sea transportation and avoid collision, moisture and rust damage, our team carried out standardized export packing. All precision components are wrapped with anti-rust film and shockproof foam. The main machine and electrical cabinets are fixed inside solid fumigation-free export wooden cases. Fasteners and spare parts are packed separately and marked clearly. Before sealing the cases, the final inspection was conducted again to confirm all accessories, operation manuals and spare parts are fully equipped.
