Steel Billet Heating Furnace-New Product Introduction

The newly upgraded Steel Billet Heating Furnace is a continuous induction heating equipment customized for forging, hot rolling and hot extrusion industries. Designed for solid steel billets such as carbon steel, alloy steel, bearing steel and die steel, this industrial heating furnace is widely used in forging blank pretreatment, flange production, engineering machinery parts, automotive components, petroleum drilling tools and mining accessories. As a new-generation heating machine, it optimizes furnace structure, heating logic and automatic configuration, effectively solving common problems of traditional furnaces including severe decarbonization, surface oxidation, large core-surface temperature difference and high energy consumption. It is an upgraded universal model for mass billet heat treatment.

Adopting a modular intermediate-frequency induction heating structure, the Steel Billet Heating Furnace realizes uniform through-heating from the inside to the outside based on electromagnetic induction principle. Compared with traditional flame furnaces and resistance furnaces, this machine features fast heating speed and no long preheating process with extremely high thermal conversion efficiency. It supports round and square steel billets with a processing diameter from 30mm to 200mm, perfectly matching the production rhythm of small and medium-sized forging lines. Equipped with an automatic feeding system, servo conveying device and centering correction unit, the furnace ensures stable billet transmission and avoids offset and jamming during long-term continuous production.

In terms of temperature control, the new Steel Billet Heating Furnace is fitted with multiple infrared temperature sensors and a closed-loop intelligent temperature control system. It collects real-time temperature data and accurately maintains the ideal forging temperature range. According to steel material, billet section and forging requirements, the system automatically adjusts heating power and running speed to minimize core-surface temperature difference. This precise heating refines metal grains, improves steel ductility and forging fluidity, effectively reducing forging defects such as cracking, folding and deformation.
