Targeted Upgrade to Break Core Industry Bottlenecks

Traditional batch heat treatment cannot easily balance flatness control and hardness uniformity for steel plates. Thick plates often suffer from hardness deviation, edge overheating and large deformation after quenching. Forever Electromechanical adopts segmented transverse-flux induction coil design for flat workpieces. With IGBT intermediate frequency induction heating power supply as the core, the line realizes continuous inline processing: automatic feeding, induction austenitizing, precision spray quenching and online tempering are completed on one conveyor, eliminating repeated handling between separate quenching and tempering stations. The integrated workflow greatly reduces plate deformation and surface oxidation.

Closed-loop Intelligent Control Guarantees Consistent Metallurgical Quality

The production line is equipped with a dual-core PLC and DSP control system, paired with multi-point infrared temperature sensors to form real-time temperature closed-loop feedback. Heating power, conveying speed and quenching water pressure are dynamically adjusted according to plate thickness, width and steel grade. Process parameters can be stored and recalled in the built-in material database, with full production data traceability. Temperature control tolerance stays within ±3℃, ensuring uniform hardened layer and stable hardness across the whole plate surface. It supports flexible switching of carbon steel, alloy steel and wear-resistant steel specifications, adapting to diversified order demands.
