Adopting mature IGBT medium-frequency induction heating technology, this production line applies electromagnetic eddy current internal heating principle, realizing rapid and uniform heating from billet core to surface. Different from traditional surface heating that causes large temperature difference, it ensures consistent temperature distribution throughout the billet cross-section and overall length. The equipment can stably heat carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel billets to the optimal forging temperature range of 1100℃ to 1250℃, effectively eliminating common forging problems including incomplete material softening, local hard spots and forming distortion.

Equipped with high-precision infrared closed-loop temperature control system and PLC intelligent operating system, the line supports real-time temperature monitoring and dynamic power adjustment. It maintains heating accuracy within ±2℃, perfectly matching the temperature requirements of different forging processes and steel billet specifications. The segmented heating structure optimizes the temperature gradient of billet ends and middle parts, avoiding end overheating and core underheating, and greatly improving the forging fluidity and forming uniformity of steel billet materials.
