6. The billet has a relatively large curvature before entering the furnace: there are different degrees of curvature depending on the type of steel. What should I do if the curvature of the billet is greater than 3mm/m before entering the electric furnace?

Closed loop temperature control, consisting of an American Raytheon infrared thermometer and a German Siemens $7 closed-loop control system, automatically adjusts the power supply according to the initial temperature and feed rate of the billet entering the induction heater, so that the heating temperature remains constant before leaving the furnace and the workpiece is heated evenly.

12. All cabinets are sandblasted, sprayed with plastic, and baked with paint, and all waterways are made of thick walled stainless steel.
