Automatic Feeding & Pre-inspection

To ensure uniform heating quality, the equipment adopts segmented gradient heating and constant temperature insulation technology. The heating area is divided into preheating section, rapid heating section and constant temperature homogenization section. The infrared closed-loop temperature measurement system monitors the billet temperature in real time and feeds back data to the control system dynamically. The equipment automatically adjusts power output and conveying speed to keep the temperature difference of the billet within an ultra-small range. It thoroughly solves the common problem of inconsistent internal and external temperature of traditional heating, fully meeting the precise temperature requirements of subsequent forging and extrusion processes.
