The oil rods rotate through rollers (our designed rollers feature automatic avoidance function for the oil rod head).
To ensure consistent conveying speed during the oil rod processing, the conveying device is controlled by a numerically controlled system developed.
The equipment has numerous successful cases and operates stably.
During processing, to minimize heating deformation, pressure rollers are installed on both sides of the sensors with automatic avoidance function for the oil rod ends.
Previously designed oil rod heating production lines required manual protection sleeves for the screw rod ends (to prevent heating the threaded sections).
Our new induction heating equipment features PLC-controlled heating and conveying systems that automatically avoid heating the threaded sections and control the transition zone of oil rod head heating (with automatic adjustment of rotational speed, conveying speed, and heating power for more uniform heating).
