The equipment used for pre rolling heating of wire rods produced by FOREVER, a hot-rolled threaded rod induction heating production line, has been continuously innovated by Forever Electromechanical Factory for many years, providing customized production of over 1000 sets of induction heating equipment for the metal heating industry. The hot rolling rebar heating production line adopts advanced electromagnetic induction heating technology, which produces no waste residue or dust during the rebar heating process, in compliance with environmental policies
Hot rolled threaded rod induction heating machine parameters:
Sensor design: variable pitch, temperature gradient design, higher efficiency.
Elastic adjustable pressure roller: enables uniform feeding of round steel bars of different diameters. The roller tracks between the furnace bodies are made of 304 non-magnetic stainless steel and water-cooled, while the roller tracks in other parts are made of 45 # steel and surface quenched.
Infrared temperature measurement: Install an infrared temperature measurement device at the discharge end to ensure that the temperature of the steel rod before entering the rolling mill is within the allowable range.
