1.Inductor copper tubes use T2 oxygen-free copper winding with wall thickness ≥3.0mm, featuring high-strength, high-temperature-resistant insulation materials for extended service life.

2. 5mm purple copper plates encapsulate in/out material ends to minimize magnetic leakage and prolong equipment lifespan.

3. High-strength aluminum alloy inductor base reduces magnetic leakage and heat interference. Water-cooled rollers with frequency-adjustable motors are installed between inductor sections.

4. 304 non-magnetic stainless steel water-cooled roller paths and independent motor-reducer drives with frequency inverters enable flexible speed difference control and segmented speed regulation.
