1.20mm-φ120mm grinding steel ball forged & rolling by skew rolling mill line, also known as abrasive wear-resistant media, is a consumable, the main purpose is to grind the material so that the material grinding finer, to achieve the use of standards, mainly used in mines, power plants, cement plants, steel mills, silica sand plant, coal chemical industry and other fields.

5. Automatic control of quenching and tempering temperature for steel ball heat treatment to ensure quenching and tempering quality;

6. The produced steel balls have exquisite appearance, high hardness, and low damage rate.

The steel balls produced by our company's steel ball rolling equipment have precise dimensions, round geometric shapes, high hardness, and good mechanical properties, as well as excellent qualities such as wear resistance, no deformation, and no cracking. Its characteristics are manifested as:

a、 Overall high hardness: surface hardness can reach 57HRC-67HRC, volume hardness can reach 56HRC-64HRC, and the hardness gradient distribution is uniform;

b、 High impact toughness: impact toughness greater than 12J/cm;

c、 Low damage rate: The anti stripping and anti crushing performance is more than 10 times that of general cast steel balls, with over 20000 impacts from falling balls. The actual damage rate does not exceed 1%, which is close to no breakage
