Our automatic steel bar quenching and tempering production line adopts IGBT medium frequency induction heating technology, integrating auto feeding, quenching cooling, tempering and discharging into one continuous system. It suits carbon steel, alloy steel round bars of various sizes for mass heat treatment.

Equipped with PLC and infrared temperature closed-loop control, the line ensures even heating, uniform hardness and slight workpiece deformation without surface decarburization. Modular design allows quick adjustment for different bar specifications.
