4. Heating power, power supply, current, frequency, tempering power, tempering power supply voltage, current, frequency, heating feed rate, induction heat treatment, tempering temperature and other parameters are set and recorded by the system, and the processing parameters can be traced.

The round steel from 010 to 0120 can be induction heat treatment using online continuous heating. The complete production line only requires a crane to lift the steel bars onto the upper material rack, and the rest of the actions are automatically completed by the system controlled by PLC. The complete induction heating and heat treatment equipment production line uses Taiwan Huayan industrial control computer as the core control part, which stores, displays, automatically records and prints the mechanical operating parameters, quenching parameters, tempering parameters, temperature and other parameters of the entire system.
