The rod pusher induction hardening and tempering production line is a specialized induction heat treatment equipment developed by Forever, leveraging its many years of R&D and production experience. It is designed for heat treatment of rod pushers, torsion bars, torque rods, automotive stabilizer bars, and other components. The line consists of an induction heating system, conveyor frame (loading/unloading frames), inductive heating power supply, cooling system, tempering system, and PLC control panel. Optional accessories include infrared thermometer, cooling tower, power transformer, and low-voltage distribution cabinet. The paired power supply is an energy-saving intelligent IGBT automatic induction heating power unit featuring full touchscreen operation, fully digitalized adjustment, comprehensive process records, and strict access control levels.
