Working process of oil casting induction hardening and tempering production line:
The mechanical actions of this complete set of hardening and tempering production line are controlled by PLC. Only manual placement of the bar material on the storage rack is required, and all other actions are automatically completed by the system controlled by PLC. A set of programs can be set according to each product specification of the user. When working, simply click on the product specification that needs to be produced on the touch screen, and all actions will be automatically completed by the PLC program.

Technical principle of oil casting induction hardening and tempering production line:
1. The workpiece is heated at medium frequency, which converts electrical energy into magnetic energy and then converts magnetic energy into thermal energy. To achieve the purpose of heating the workpiece, followed by water quenching, low-temperature tempering, insulation, and water cooling.
2. According to the requirements of the shape and size of the active column and oil cylinder, as well as the heat treatment process, it is difficult to manually transport and quench workpieces that are in a hot state after heating. However, if the workpiece deforms during quenching, it must be straightened at the same time. Through research and joint review, it has been decided to adopt a combination of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components in the form of multi-component assembly. Starting from the loading of the workpiece, all processes including material transportation, heating, quenching, straightening, tempering, insulation, and discharge are fully automated.
3. The quenching and tempering heat treatment equipment adopts PLC fully automatic intelligent control program, with high production efficiency.
4. Closed loop temperature control, induction heating equipment with American Leitai dual color thermometer for temperature testing, uniform heating.
