Successful On-site Commissioning of Steel Plate Hardening and Tempering Machine

Recently, the customized steel plate hardening and tempering machine independently developed and manufactured by our company has successfully completed full-process on-site commissioning at the customer’s production base, with all performance indicators reaching the design standards. This marks the official launch of the new high-efficiency heat treatment equipment, laying a solid foundation for the customer’s high-quality and large-scale production of medium and heavy steel plates.

Aimed at the heat treatment pain points of traditional steel plate processing, such as uneven hardness, unstable plate shape and low production efficiency, this steel plate hardening and tempering machine adopts optimized roller quenching and tempering integrated technology. The equipment is applicable to high-strength steel plates of multiple specifications, covering thicknesses from 12mm to 50mm, and can meet the heat treatment processing requirements of engineering machinery steel, pressure vessel steel and other high-end steel grades. Before on-site commissioning, the technical team completed equipment assembly, circuit debugging, hydraulic system calibration and program simulation tests in advance to eliminate potential operation risks.

Compared with traditional heat treatment equipment, the newly commissioned steel plate hardening and tempering machine has prominent advantages in energy conservation, efficiency and intelligent control. It is equipped with an intelligent constant-temperature control system, which realizes precise and automatic adjustment of the whole heat treatment process, effectively reducing energy consumption while improving processing stability. In addition, the integrated structural design simplifies the production process, greatly shortens the production cycle, and significantly improves the finished product rate of high-strength steel plates.
