Recently, the energy-saving renovation project of the core plate heat treatment furnace has been fully completed and officially put into stable operation. Focusing on the pain points of high energy consumption, large heat loss and low thermal efficiency of traditional plate heat treatment equipment, the project adopts a number of advanced industrial thermal energy-saving technologies to complete intelligent and green upgrading, achieving dual breakthroughs in energy consumption reduction and production efficiency improvement, and setting a new benchmark for low-carbon and high-efficiency operation of plate heat treatment equipment in the industry.

In view of the above problems, the technical team has customized a targeted overall renovation plan based on the actual production working conditions. In terms of furnace body optimization, the original heavy high-alumina refractory brick furnace lining is completely replaced with high-performance ceramic fiber insulation materials, which effectively reduces furnace body heat storage and heat dissipation loss, and significantly improves the overall thermal insulation performance of the equipment. In terms of combustion system upgrading, the project introduces advanced pulse combustion and air-gas dual regenerative energy-saving technology, realizing precise dynamic regulation of combustion parameters. The closed-loop temperature control system improves the furnace temperature control accuracy to ±3℃, ensuring uniform heating of plates while avoiding energy waste caused by excessive temperature deviation.

After the actual operation verification, the renovated slab induction heating equipment has achieved remarkable energy-saving benefits. The comprehensive energy consumption per unit product is reduced by more than 28%, the fuel utilization rate is greatly improved, and the equipment operation stability and plate heat treatment quality are significantly optimized, with product qualification rate steadily increasing. While cutting enterprise energy costs, the renovation effectively reduces carbon and pollutant emissions, perfectly balancing production efficiency, product quality and green environmental protection.
