It is also powered by a variable frequency speed regulating motor to adjust its heating speed according to the heating process requirements of different specifications of products. Due to the fact that the V-shaped track wheel of the heating track is located in a high-temperature working area, a hole is drilled in the center of the track axis and cooling water is supplied to cool the track wheel.

Quick material extraction conveyor track: This track is installed at the discharge end and powered by another motor, running much faster than the heating conveyor track. After the workpiece is quenched, the track motor immediately starts, driving the workpiece to quickly leave the quenching zone. Unloading device: When the workpiece leaves the quenching working area and reaches the end of the track, the sensor installed at the end of the track will issue a "unloading" command. Then, the cylinder under the track will push the workpiece out of the track and roll it down the side slide rail to the finished product stacking area.
