Recently, a Plate Induction Heating Machine independently developed and manufactured by Forever Industrial successfully passed factory inspection and was shipped to an overseas client. The equipment will be integrated into the client's medium and heavy Plate induction heat treatment furnace, enabling continuous online induction heating of steel plates and providing a stable heat source for quenching, tempering, and hot forming processes. This marks another landmark delivery project for Forever Industrial in the field of steel plate induction heating, further consolidating the company's competitiveness in the global induction heat treatment equipment market.
The overseas client specializes in wear-resistant steel plates and high-strength steel for construction machinery. Its existing production line uses gas furnace heating, which suffers from high energy consumption, insufficient temperature control accuracy, and long changeover times. After comparing multiple solutions, the client ultimately chose Forever Industrial's induction heating solution, primarily due to the equipment's comprehensive advantages in heating efficiency, temperature uniformity, and automation level.
The delivered machine adopts an IGBT medium-frequency induction power supply, with rated power customizable to the client's production capacity, and is compatible with steel plates of various widths for online heating. Equipped with infrared temperature measurement and a closed-loop control system, it monitors plate surface temperature in real time and automatically adjusts power output, ensuring temperature differences along the length and width are kept within a minimal range. Compared with traditional gas furnaces, induction heating requires no preheating and delivers overall energy savings of over 30%, while significantly reducing scale formation and improving surface quality and material utilization.
Mechanically, the equipment features a modular design with quick-change induction coils for easy switching between plate specifications; a variable-frequency roller conveyor that seamlessly connects with upstream and downstream processes; and PLC touchscreen control supporting parameter storage, fault self-diagnosis, and remote monitoring. Forever Industrial completed full-load simulation testing and continuous running assessments before shipment, ensuring rapid installation and commissioning on site.
