With the continuous upgrading of metal processing and forging industries, energy conservation, precise temperature control and low pollution have become core indicators for industrial heating equipment. Recently, an upgraded Square steel billet induction heating system has been officially put into industrial application, bringing efficient and environmentally friendly heating solutions for carbon steel, alloy steel and low-alloy square billets. This new system is specially optimized for square metal blanks, effectively solving the pain points of traditional furnaces such as uneven heating, high energy consumption and severe oxidation.

In terms of structural design, the production line adopts modular combined structure, including automatic feeding mechanism, segmented heating unit, infrared temperature detection module and intelligent electric control cabinet. Equipped with PLC closed-loop control system, it can automatically adjust power and conveying speed according to billet specifications. The equipment supports continuous feeding of square billets with cross-sections from 40mm to 180mm, with a production capacity ranging from 5 tons to 35 tons per hour, adapting to different batch production demands.

This medium frequency electric heating equipment has prominent advantages in energy saving and material protection. It saves more than 32% energy compared with traditional gas heating furnaces. The rapid heating process greatly shortens the high-temperature exposure time of steel billets, reducing oxidation and decarburization. The oxidation skin loss is controlled below 1.5%, which significantly improves the yield of finished products. Besides, the whole working process produces no smoke or waste gas, complying with global industrial environmental protection emission standards.
