The core of the equipment is self-developed high-efficiency medium-frequency IGBT power supply, whose electrothermal conversion efficiency reaches 93%, 40% higher than traditional gas heating equipment. The segmented closed-loop temperature control system is equipped with dozens of high-precision infrared temperature sensors distributed along the conveying track, keeping the temperature error of the whole metal workpiece within ±2°C. For thick steel slabs requiring deep heating, the machine adopts bidirectional alternating induction heating to ensure uniform internal and external temperature; for thin metal sheets prone to overheating deformation, the automatic power adjustment module instantly reduces output power to avoid warpage and material waste, greatly cutting the reject rate of flat metal raw materials.

In terms of environmental protection and safety, the induction heat treatment machine completely avoids flue gas, sulfur and nitrogen emissions from fuel combustion, fully complying with global EU and Southeast Asia industrial environmental protection standards. The circulating water cooling system realizes zero wastewater discharge after filtration, saving more than 45% water resources compared with traditional furnaces. Full surrounding safety baffles, automatic over-temperature and over-current protection, and emergency stop interlock devices are standard configurations to eliminate potential workshop safety hazards.
