The core of the Billet induction heating machine is to prepare for subsequent hot rolling, forging, or quenching heat treatment. The complete production process is as follows:

Core Process

The square steel billet is smoothly fed into the roller conveyor through the feeding mechanism, and passes through the stepper heating furnace/induction heating square furnace at a constant speed. Using electromagnetic induction eddy current effect or gas combustion, it is quickly and uniformly heated to the austenitization range of 1050-1280 ℃. The infrared temperature measurement system is used for real-time closed-loop temperature control to ensure uniform internal and external heat transfer and no oxidation or decarburization. After heating, the square steel is subjected to high-pressure descaling to remove oxide scale, and then sent to the rolling or quenching station of the rolling mill. The entire process is automated and continuously produced, with precise temperature control, energy saving and environmental protection, providing stable and qualified billets for subsequent processing.

1. Composition of core equipment

-Conveyor system: Long distance roller conveyor+stepper mechanism in the picture, responsible for uniform feeding of square steel to ensure even heating

-Heating furnace body: two types: stepwise gas heating furnace (traditional hot rolling) and medium frequency induction heating machine (modern high-efficiency heat treatment)

-Temperature control system: infrared thermometer+power closed-loop control, precise control of heating temperature

-Auxiliary equipment: descaling machine, overhead crane (bridge crane above in the picture), operating room (control room on the right)
