With the continuous advancement of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality policies as well as the continuous upgrading of industrial environmental protection standards, traditional heavy industries such as steel forging and grinding steel ball manufacturing have entered a critical period of green transformation. Traditional gas and coal-fired heating furnaces are plagued by high energy consumption, large exhaust emissions, severe pollution and low temperature control accuracy, which can no longer meet the requirements of modern environmentally friendly production. Against this industrial backdrop, the hot rolled steel billet induction heating furnace has become core equipment for the green upgrading of forging production lines, relying on its outstanding advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, zero pollution and intelligent control, helping enterprises achieve dual breakthroughs in environmental protection, production efficiency and product quality.

It avoids overheating and underheating of steel billets, reduces steel oxidation loss to less than 0.8%, greatly improves raw material utilization and cuts down resource waste caused by material loss.

In terms of intelligent and environmentally friendly production, the equipment supports fully automatic continuous operation and can be seamlessly connected with steel ball rolling production line. It independently completes the whole process of feeding, heating, constant temperature maintenance and discharging without manual intervention. Featuring flexible start-stop performance and no standby energy consumption, it completely solves the high energy consumption problem of continuous heat preservation of traditional furnaces. The fully enclosed heating structure avoids redundant heat radiation, controls workshop temperature and lowers operating noise, greatly improving the working environment and realizing the integrated development of safe production, staff health and green manufacturing.
