The steel bar heat treatment and tempering equipment adopts MCSV7.6F medium frequency power supply control system, which mainly consists of three parts: main control board, rectifier trigger board, and inverter trigger board. Its core components adopt high-performance, high-density, large-scale dedicated DSP+FPGA composite integrated circuits, enabling all circuits to be digitized. All parameters can be digitally corrected on touch screens or remote devices, and it has the characteristics of high reliability, strong anti-interference ability, and fast response speed. The inverter system adopts the third-generation sweep frequency zero voltage soft start method, which has superior starting performance. Automatically and quickly capture the resonant frequency within the range of 200~10000Hz, and quickly lock and track to complete the start-up process. At present, when debugging analog or primary digital circuits in China, it is necessary to manually predict the resonance frequency and continuously adjust the starting frequency and operating angle to improve the success rate of starting, which requires high demands on workers. Especially when multiple sets of sensors need to be switched, it is often difficult for workers to master the tedious technical essentials, resulting in difficulties in starting and incorrect operating status, leading to frequent faults and tripping, and even large-scale damage to power devices. And all of this in our control system only requires clicking the "start" button, and all parameter judgments are automatically completed, allowing users to focus on the improvement and enhancement of their own product processes, no longer spending a lot of energy learning the use and adjustment of heating equipment.
