Conveyor roller conveyor: The axis of the roller conveyor forms an angle of 18-21 ° with the axis of the workpiece. The workpiece rotates while feeding at a constant speed, making heating more uniform. The roller conveyor between the furnace bodies is made of 304 non-magnetic stainless steel and water-cooled.
·Roller grouping: The feeding group, sensor group, and discharge group are independently controlled, which is beneficial for continuous heating without creating gaps between workpieces.
The spray system adopts multi-stage spray cooling, and the pressure and flow rate between each level of spray rings can be adjusted to meet the requirements of different hardenability.

Characteristics of Grinding Rod Heat Treatment and Tempering Line: (Compared with Gas Furnace and Resistance Furnace Heating)
1. Due to the heat generated inside the heated workpiece, the grinding rod tempering furnace has a fast heating speed, high efficiency, less surface oxidation and decarburization of the workpiece, and saves raw materials. Induction heating has a more uniform temperature and a smaller temperature difference between the core and the surface. The application of a temperature control system can achieve accurate control of the heating temperature, improving the quality of the grinding rod and the qualification rate of the workpiece.
2. The grinding rod has good hardenability and high straightness during quenching. Compared with gas furnaces, induction heating furnaces use mechanical rotary heating for grinding rod quenching and tempering treatment, with uniform heating and small temperature difference between the core and surface. After heating, high-pressure cooling media are used for quenching, and tempering insulation is carried out. The hardenability and straightness of the workpiece are much higher than those of natural gas furnaces and resistance furnaces, which are suitable for the future development trend of the heat treatment industry.
