The conveying system of the thick walled steel pipe induction annealing furnace includes a conveyor roller, with the roller axis forming an angle of 18-21 ℃ with the workpiece axis. The workpiece rotates at a constant speed while moving forward at a constant speed, making the heating temperature more uniform. The furnace body roller is made of 304 stainless steel.
