Induction hardening and tempering equipment is an important industrial equipment. First, check before starting:
Before starting the electric heating equipment, you should check the water line and circuit. Make sure all the water pipes are smooth and check the circuit for abnormalities such as loose screws.
Switch on the induction hardening and tempering equipment. Press the button of “Heat start”to control the power indicator light. Switch off the main circuit, the fault indicator light goes out, and the DC voltmeter should show a negative voltage. Then slowly turn the power given potentiometer and observe the meter at the same time. The DC voltmeter indicates increase.
1. When the DC voltage passes through zero, the value of IF voltage, DC voltage and active power meter will increase at the same time and you will hear IF sound to indicate successful start.The power can be rotated to the locator to the required power.
2. When the DC voltage crosses zero, the value of IF voltage, DC current and active power will not increase at the same time and you will not hear the IF sound. That means start failure. The power potentiometer should be turned to the minimum and restarted.
3. Reset: If overcurrent or overvoltage occurs during the operation of the electromagnetic ineduction hardening and tempering equipment, the fault indicator on the door panel will be on. The potentiometer should be turned to the minimum, press the “reset button”, then the fault indicator light, then press the “main circuit on button”, and then restart.
4.Check whether the water is unblocked during operation. If it is found that the water is too small or water is cut off, it should be immediately shut down, and then restart the machine after troubleshooting.
