Fault phenomenon: After start the system, but the system can not work normally. The fault phenomenon is over DC current, low DC voltage and IF voltage, the device sound boring, overcurrent protection.
Analytical processing: The thyristor of Inverter bridge may be shorted or open, resulting in an inverter bridge. If there is a bridge on the arm of the thyristor tube pressure drop waveform for the first line, the thyristor has been through; if it is sine wave, the thyristor is not conducting. Replace the broke thyristor and find the reason why the thyristor is not conducting.
2. Fault phenomenon: When starting the induction hardening and tempering equipment, the DC current is large, DC voltage is low, IF voltage can not be established normally.
Analytical processing: compensation capacitor circuit. Check the short-circuit capacitors with a multi-meter. Replace the short circuit capacitor.
3. Fault phenomenon: When starting the induction hardening and tempering equipment, current parameters and sound are normal, but the power can not increase.
(1) Reverse conversion flow angle is too small, with an oscilloscope to see the inverter thyristor commutation angle, the commutation angle to the appropriate value
(2) The insulation resistance is low or short circuit. Using megger to detect the furnace resistance, excluding the short-circuit point of the furnace
