Technical requirements for the round billet induction heating furnace

 ● Round bar diameter: 31-80mm

   ● Round bar length: 70-480mm

   ● Billet heating temperature : 1250

   ● Production efficiency: 1200KGS/H

   ● Furnace power: 500KW/2500Hz

Round billet induction heating furnace advantages

 ● Intelligent energy-saving series KGPS-C-500KW / 2500Hz IF power supply cabinet (very few series power harmonic, power factor is 0.95 or more, save the investment in harmonic control and capacitor compensation cabinet.

  ● There are five sets of billet induction heater: 31 ~ 36 mm; 38 ~ 45 mm; 48 ~ 56 mm; 60 ~ 68 mm; 70 ~ 80 mm; when the series power is adjusting, the equipment can maintain high factor, which  does not affect the heating efficiency. Furnace chassis is made of high strength aluminum alloy, both ends of the furnace are entire copper sheet to protect with great reduction of magnetic flux leakage.

 ● Furnace body is treated with sandblasting and coating. Water pipes are thick-walled stainless steel

 ● Equipped with automatic washboard feeder.

● PLC control billet sorting device (separation of high temperature billet and low temperature billet and normal temperature billet).

 ● Infrared thermometer is using American Raytek.
