Pipe induction hardening and tempering equipment will be divided into two sections :low temperature and high temperature heating, the overall is two sets of 3600KVA 12 pulse rectifier transformer, 4 sets of 1500KW / (500,1000) Hz, IF power supply, 4 sets of capacitor cabinets and 4 sets of induction heaters. Total power is 6000KW.
Automatic temperature control system consists of an advantech industrial control computer, a PLC (Siemens S7-300 type), one infrared thermometer, two photoelectric switches and one speed measuring device.
