Introduction

Customized Induction Coil System

Each coil zone supports independent power regulation, effectively solving the problem of uneven heating of large-area steel sheets. The coil is made of high-purity copper material with optimized structural design, which reduces heat loss and ensures consistent heating temperature on the surface and inside of steel sheets, avoiding local overheating or insufficient heating.

Precision Constant Temperature Control System

To meet overseas high-precision processing standards, the whole line is equipped with multi-point infrared pyrometers and PLC intelligent closed-loop temperature control system. It monitors the surface temperature of steel sheets in real time, automatically adjusts power output and running speed, and controls the overall temperature tolerance within ±3℃. The system has a built-in international standard process database, which can store and call mature heat treatment parameters of various steel grades, realizing one-click intelligent production and greatly reducing manual operation errors.

Diversified Cooling and Automatic Operation Configuration

The export version supports dual cooling modes of low-pressure spray and segmented high-low pressure adjustable spray, which can switch water-based quenching liquid according to process requirements, meeting the quenching and tempering demands of different steel sheets. The full-line automatic roller conveying system realizes continuous feeding, heating, cooling and discharging. Equipped with remote fault diagnosis and data recording functions, it facilitates overseas after-sales maintenance and production data management, becoming a high-quality preferred device for global plate induction heating equipment processing.
