Applicable to square billets and round billets with a diameter ranging from 50mm to 350mm, the machine meets diversified production demands of steel processing factories.

For safety and daily maintenance, the production line is equipped with a circulating water cooling system to cool coils and electrical components in real time. It effectively prevents equipment overheating during long-term uninterrupted operation. Meanwhile, the intelligent PLC control system has multiple protection functions including overcurrent, overvoltage and water shortage alarm. The modular structure design simplifies daily inspection and component replacement, greatly lowering maintenance difficulty and operating cost.
