The working principle of Steel bar forging induction heating furnace is mainly based on electromagnetic induction technology, which is used to quickly and uniformly heat steel bars and is widely used in forging, rolling, heat treatment and other processes
1. Electromagnetic induction heating
Basic principle: Thesteel bar induction heating equipment generates an alternating magnetic field by passing high-frequency or medium frequency alternating current through an induction coil. When the steel rod is placed inside the induction coil, the magnetic field induces eddy currents inside the steel rod.
Eddy current heating: Eddy current flows inside the steel rod, and due to the resistance of the steel rod, the energy of the eddy current is converted into heat, causing the steel rod to quickly heat up.

2. Heating process
Rapid heating: Electromagnetic induction technology heats up the steel rod in a short period of time to reach the required processing temperature.
Uniform heating: By controlling the design and current frequency of the induction coil, the overall heating of the steel rod is ensured to be uniform, reducing heat treatment defects.
3. Temperature control
Precise control: Modern steel bar induction heating equipment is equipped with an intelligent control system that can accurately adjust and control the temperature, ensuring that the heating process meets process requirements.
