The non-standard steel sheet induction heat treatment production line developed by Forever Electromechanical is a customized industrial heating equipment. It consists of an induction heating main unit, conveying mechanism, temperature control system, water circulation cooling system and electrical control system, featuring high precision and complete supporting components. To ensure stable formal production and qualified heat treatment effects after equipment arrival, the on-site installation and commissioning shall be carried out in strict accordance with standardized procedures. Combined with the adaptability characteristics of non-standard equipment, the whole process includes positioning installation, circuit debugging, no-load test and load test.

The first step is incoming inspection and site preparation.
After the equipment arrives at the site, technicians shall first check the complete machine, spare parts, electrical accessories, operation manuals and parameter drawings, and inspect for deformation, damage and missing parts caused by transportation. Clean and tidy the installation site to ensure the ground is flat, solid and load-bearing compliant. Reserve sufficient space for equipment heat dissipation, maintenance and material handling. Verify that the on-site 380V industrial power supply, circulating water source and drainage facilities fully meet the operating requirements to avoid potential operational failures. For non-standard customized structures, check the compatibility between on-site working conditions and equipment design parameters in advance.
The second step is equipment positioning and mechanical installation.
In accordance with the equipment layout drawings, accurately position and install the main components including the induction heating host, conveying frame, heating coil and discharging cooling platform. Level the whole equipment, fix the anchor bolts, and calibrate the coaxiality and tightness of the conveying rollers and transmission chains to ensure stable and unobstructed steel plate conveying without deviation. Then assemble auxiliary systems such as water circulation cooling pipelines and heat dissipation air ducts. Strictly check the sealing performance of all pipelines to prevent water leakage and ensure continuous and effective heat dissipation for core heating components.

The third step is electrical wiring and system debugging.
Complete strong and weak current wiring strictly in accordance with electrical schematic diagrams, including main power supply, temperature sensors, frequency conversion conveying system and protection alarm devices. Ensure standardized wiring, qualified insulation and reliable grounding. Conduct power-on pre-inspection after wiring to eliminate short circuit and virtual connection faults. Start the control system to test touch screen operation, parameter adjustment, temperature induction, frequency conversion speed regulation and emergency stop protection functions, calibrate the temperature detection accuracy, and set basic operating parameters of the equipment.
The fourth step is no-load trial operation and load commissioning.
Run the equipment continuously for more than 2 hours under no-load condition to inspect the operating status of the transmission, electrical control and cooling systems, and eliminate abnormal noise, overheating and system error alarms. After passing the no-load test, carry out trial production with standard steel plates. Gradually adjust and optimize core process parameters including heating power, running speed, heating temperature and holding time to meet different heat treatment requirements such as quenching, tempering and preheating, so as to achieve uniform plate heating and qualified heat treatment quality.
The final step is overall acceptance and customer training.
After stable operation and qualified trial production, complete overall performance testing, parameter solidification and fault simulation tests, and sort out all installation and commissioning records. Provide professional training for customer operators covering equipment operation, parameter adjustment, daily maintenance and common fault troubleshooting. Deliver complete equipment technical documents to finish on-site delivery, ensuring long-term stable and efficient operation of the production line.
