New Steel Plate Heat Treatment Furnace Completes

Recently, after multi-stage efforts including equipment installation, furnace baking and temperature rise, parameter optimization and trial production verification, the company’s steel plate induction hardening machine has successfully completed all on-site debugging work. All operating parameters and process indicators have met the design standards, and the equipment has officially entered the normal production stage, laying a solid core equipment foundation for the upgrading of high-end steel plate heat treatment capacity.

As the core equipment of the plate precision processing production line, the newly launched plate induction heat treatment line is mainly applicable to the normalizing, tempering, annealing and other heat treatment processes of various steel materials such as medium and heavy plates, high-strength plates and wear-resistant plates, widely serving high-end fields including engineering machinery, pressure vessels and shipbuilding. Adopting an intelligent temperature control system and hot air circulation structure, the furnace realizes accurate and uniform temperature control inside the furnace. It effectively solves common industrial pain points such as uneven temperature difference, unstable performance and poor surface quality during steel plate heat treatment, greatly improving the mechanical properties and finished product qualification rate of steel materials compared with traditional equipment.

Balancing production efficiency and green environmental protection, the heat treatment furnace is equipped with an optimized energy-saving combustion system and waste gas treatment device, which effectively reduces energy consumption and pollutant emissions and conforms to the green and low-carbon production concept. Verified by multiple batches of trial production, the equipment operates stably and reliably. The heat treatment uniformity, dimensional accuracy and mechanical properties of steel plates have been significantly improved, and the stability of product quality has been greatly enhanced, fully meeting the strict procurement standards of high-end customers.
