WUQIAO, China — Forever Electromechanical has finished full manufacturing, continuous load testing and export-grade packaging for the customized Long Steel Plate Induction Heat Treatment Production Line, ready for overseas container shipment. This complete set of induction thermal processing equipment is built for an international metal fabrication customer, representing another successful overseas delivery in Forever’s global heat treatment project portfolio. After strict inspection of mechanical assembly, IGBT power system, PLC control and infrared temperature closed-loop modules, the whole line passed 72-hour continuous running test to verify stable performance under full load. All components are packed with shockproof, moisture-proof and seaworthy materials to meet long-distance ocean transportation requirements.

The production line adopts self-developed medium frequency induction heating power supply, targeting the typical drawbacks of traditional furnace heating, including uneven temperature distribution, heavy surface oxidation, large plate deformation and high energy consumption. It supports continuous penetrating heating, quenching and tempering for carbon steel, alloy steel and low-alloy long steel plates. Multi-zone segmented induction coils are matched with roller conveying system to guarantee consistent temperature across the full length of long plates. Real-time infrared temperature monitoring and PLC closed-loop control automatically adjust heating power, holding time and cooling flow, keeping hardness deviation within narrow tolerance. The line lowers oxidation scale and workpiece distortion rate, improving finished plate mechanical performance and qualification rate.

Intelligent Automation Reduces Manual Intervention and Operating Cost

Full-process automation is integrated from automatic feeding, induction heating, precision spray quenching, constant-temperature tempering to finished product discharging. Operators set processing parameters via HMI touch screen, with automatic parameter storage, abnormal alarm and fault diagnosis functions. The system can record production data for quality traceability. Compared with conventional batch-type furnaces, continuous induction heating greatly shortens production cycle and cuts unit power consumption. The modular structure simplifies on-site installation, maintenance and spare parts replacement after arrival at the customer’s workshop. The whole design follows international industrial safety standards and adapts to local power grid conditions of the destination country.

All packing lists, inspection certificates and technical documents are sorted and prepared together for customs clearance.
