Forever Electromechanical Completes Furnace Body Transformation of long billet electric heating production line

Forever Electromechanical has recently completed professional overall furnace body transformation and structural optimization for the long billet electric heating production line, effectively solving multiple structural aging and thermal performance defects of traditional furnace bodies under long-time continuous high-temperature operation. This targeted upgrading focuses on actual forging and hot rolling working conditions, comprehensively improves the overall rigidity, thermal insulation performance and sealing effect of the furnace body, and further improves the heating uniformity and operational safety of long metal billets. It provides reliable core equipment guarantee for the stable, energy-saving and high-yield operation of industrial heat treatment workshops.

In the past, the traditional furnace body of long billet electric heating production lines had obvious technical shortcomings. The original simple assembled steel frame had insufficient bearing capacity, which was easy to cause thermal deformation, side wall sagging and overall shaking after long-term electric heating impact. The single-layer furnace lining had poor thermal insulation effect, serious heat loss, and large temperature difference in the long furnace cavity. It easily led to inconsistent heating of billets, unstable mechanical properties of finished products, frequent failure of electric heating components, increased downtime maintenance and high comprehensive production costs, which restricted the efficient production of long workpiece processing enterprises.

In this upgrading project, Forever Electromechanical adopts an integrated reinforced fully welded steel structure to reconstruct the overall stress frame of the furnace body. Equipped with multi-point anti-vibration support and limit positioning components, it strongly resists thermal stress and mechanical fatigue, effectively avoids furnace body displacement and deformation, and greatly improves the overall structural stability and service life. The furnace lining is upgraded to a new multi-layer composite high-temperature thermal insulation refractory layer, which greatly reduces heat radiation loss and realizes uniform constant temperature in the whole long heating area. All butt joints of the furnace body are fitted with high-temperature flexible sealing strips to eliminate air leakage and heat dissipation.

In addition, the furnace body is designed with standardized modular assembly, which reserves special interfaces for electric heating wiring, circulating water cooling and real-time temperature monitoring. It is convenient for daily inspection, component replacement and internal cleaning, greatly reducing later maintenance difficulty and labor cost. After on-site operation and test, the transformed furnace body runs stably, the energy consumption per ton of billet is reduced significantly, the heating qualification rate reaches a new high, and the equipment failure rate is greatly reduced.
