How to control the temperature of a medium frequency induction heating machine? Controlling the temperature of the intermediate frequency heating furnace is an important step in ensuring heating quality and process accuracy. The following are the main methods and technical means for temperature control of Forever induction heating equipment compiled by our company:

1. Temperature sensor
-Thermocouple: commonly used for temperature monitoring in intermediate frequency induction heating equipment. Thermocouples can measure the temperature of workpieces or furnaces in real time and transmit temperature data to the control system.
-Infrared thermometer: suitable for non-contact temperature measurement, especially in high temperature environments, the infrared thermometer can accurately measure the temperature of the workpiece surface.
2. Temperature controller
-PID controller: PID (proportional integral derivative) controller is a commonly used temperature control device for intermediate frequency heating furnaces. The PID controller achieves precise control of the heating process by adjusting the heating current.
Set target temperature: The operator sets the target temperature according to the process requirements.
-Real time monitoring: The temperature sensor collects the actual temperature and feeds back the data to the PID controller.
-Adjust output: The PID controller maintains the temperature within the target range by adjusting the heating power or frequency based on the deviation between the set value and the actual value.
3. Heating power adjustment
-Inverter: By adjusting the frequency and current of the induction heating coil through the inverter, the heating power can be changed to control the heating speed and temperature of the workpiece.
-Power regulator: Some systems directly use a power regulator to adjust the heating power based on temperature feedback, ensuring temperature stability.
4. Closed loop control system
Fully automatic control: Modern Medium frequency induction heating system are usually equipped with fully automatic closed-loop control systems, which achieve precise temperature control through the coordinated work of sensors, controllers, and actuators.
-Data recording and analysis: The closed-loop control system can record temperature data during the heating process for analysis and optimization, improving process stability and repeatability.
5. Cooling system
Water cooling system: Induction coils and other critical components typically require water cooling. The stable operation of the cooling system helps to maintain uniform temperature of equipment and workpieces, avoiding overheating.
-Temperature protection: Install a temperature protection device for the cooling system, which will automatically alarm or shut down when the cooling water temperature is too high, to prevent equipment damage.
6. Process parameter setting
-Preheating and insulation: According to the material and process requirements of the workpiece, set the temperature and time for the preheating and insulation stages to ensure uniform and stable heating process.
-Heating rate: Control the heating rate to avoid internal stress or deformation of the workpiece due to rapid temperature changes.
