Wuqiao, Hebei, March 24, 2026 — Forever Induction , a leading player in induction heating technology with over two decades of expertise, officially launched its new-generation fully Hot rolling steel ball production line today. Integrating high-precision rolling and intelligent temperature control technologies, the line enables large-scale, standardized production of steel balls in multiple specifications from 20mm to 150mm, delivering high-cost-performance and high-wear-resistance grinding ball solutions for core applications in mining, construction materials, metallurgy and other industries.

Intelligent Control: Adopts PLC fully automatic control system, combined with infrared temperature measurement and IGBT induction heating machine, achieving precise control of heating temperature (950-1150℃). Only 4 operators are required for a single production line, improving efficiency by over 50% compared with traditional equipment.

High-Performance & Stable Output: Integrated heat treatment of "water quenching + tempering" ensures uniform surface hardness (stable HRC) of steel balls, impact toughness >12J/cm², and fragmentation rate only 1/10 of traditional cast/forged steel balls, suitable for high-load grinding scenarios.

Green & Energy-Saving Adaptability: Induction heating system improves thermal efficiency to over 90%, reduces energy consumption by 30%, and features low noise and low emissions throughout the process, complying with the trend of green industrial production.

The production line strictly follows the metallurgical industry standard (YB/T 091-2005). The core process includes: round bar inspection → Forever Induction induction heating → automatic cutting → hot pressing forming → cross-rolling finishing → online quenching and tempering → finished product inspection and packaging. The entire process is seamlessly connected, with a single rolling mill capable of rolling 60-360 steel balls per minute.
