With the upgrading of the global steel manufacturing industry and stricter environmental protection standards, energy-saving, intelligent and low-carbon heating equipment has become the core demand of steel mills. To solve the pain points of traditional furnaces such as uneven heating, high energy consumption and cumbersome maintenance, we proudly launch the new-generation Steel Billet Reheating Furnace. This upgraded furnace integrates optimized combustion technology, intelligent temperature control and durable refractory materials, perfectly matching the rolling production of carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel billets, and is suitable for medium and large steel processing production lines.

This reheating furnace adopts an optimized top and bottom mixed firing structure, paired with high-efficiency low-nitrogen burners. Different from traditional single-sided heating equipment, it realizes omnidirectional uniform heat coverage for steel billets. The precise zoning heating design divides the furnace into preheating zone, heating zone and soaking zone. It stably controls the heating temperature between 1000℃ and 1250℃, effectively optimizing the internal grain structure of steel billets. The temperature deviation of billet surface and core is controlled within ±5℃, which greatly reduces rolling defects such as cracking and deformation, and improves the yield of finished products.

In terms of energy conservation and environmental protection, this new furnace has achieved remarkable technological breakthroughs. It supports multiple clean fuels including natural gas and LPG, and is compatible with green hydrogen fuel for low-carbon production. The optimized flue gas waste heat recovery system recycles waste heat to preheat incoming cold air, reducing fuel consumption by 15%-20% compared with conventional models. Equipped with sealed furnace body and dust removal accessories, it effectively suppresses smoke and dust emission, fully complying with international industrial environmental protection emission standards.
For operational stability, the furnace lining is made of high-purity alumina refractory bricks, which features high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, extending the overall service life of the equipment. The water-cooled skid structure reduces heat loss and avoids billet surface scratches. In addition, it is equipped with an intelligent PLC automatic control system, realizing one-click start-up, real-time temperature monitoring and automatic fuel adjustment. The intuitive data dashboard simplifies operation procedures, reducing manual intervention and lowering labor costs. The daily maintenance is convenient with low failure rate, greatly cutting later operation and maintenance expenses.
